day in the life: lunch money

I have a few blogs that I created some time ago to make money through advertising, well text link ads on the site and I have no other ads or banners on the site. Some of my blogs have affiliate links which are put there automatically based on keywords, using a Wordpress Affiliate Pro plugin.

The growing reputation of blogging has drawn lots of individuals and businesses to set up their own blogs via members of their work staff. A few businesses engage blog writers and reimburse them for the work that they do. The mounting attention in blogging has even drawn the non-blogging platforms to hire blog writing individuals to construct contents for their magazines, newspapers etc., thus generating blog money in places no one had notions about previously.

RSS publicity is a way to make blog money, yet there are no proven results of it being lucrative. RSS allows users to quickly pick up content feeds from publishers and other creators of content. It provides an approachable and resourceful way for digital content syndication. As time goes by, in spite of this, it will develop into an important supplemental income stream to lots of content owners and minor publishers, more than ever bloggers. RSS feeds are quite normally used by a blogger’s audience, more readily than web pages, to look at content.

An additional effective technique to make cash with blog articles is one that many have adopted especially affiliates; using digital resources to generate income. They have started conducting internet seminars and courses. Lots of blog sites offer an assortment of programs like those in order to make money online. Bloggers have found another opening to make more income with the ever-increasing popularity of blogging networks. Brand new bloggers are welcomed day after day and a few have even taken to working with others to create content and make money.

As a result of building your own subscriber list, you can clue your readers in on when you establish and update new blog messages as well as let them know about any other points you think would be of importance. To do this, you need to concentrate on building a list of readers that are engrossed in your blog subject and are prepared to splurge cash. This can be done by adding an auto-responder form to your blog site that permits attracted readers the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter you create. Of course, relevance to your subject is key to making blog profit.

Lots of stay at home parents are looking for a manner to generate second income. It can also be students wanting to supplement their income as a substitute of working their out of school hours slaving away in a café or other enterprise. Blogging for money advertisements are everywhere on the internet. Although not every ad is innocent and in reality, lots are marketing scams. You have to be wary when signing up. You really require assistance before you even commence. The appropriate course or ebook can help set you on the right trail and can help you discover the blogging jobs that are going to pay.

Working To Make My Facebook Page Better

imagesI have been going through a lot of pages in the last few days, learning more about Facebook. Why, well I started with Facebook a few years ago but all I got was family and friends having fun and leaving all kinds of unwanted content on my pages, so I just stopped using Facebook.

Thanks to a good friend online who explain a bit about Facebook I am going to give it another try, but with a new account that’s all business, well okay abit of fun, but it will have to be niche related fun.

As Robert pointed out Facebook isn’t just for friends and family anymore, it’s also an effective business tool when used properly.

There were a few things that I had only done half the job. Like my profile for example. I had only filled in a few details but really I needed to complete the entire process.

Note: All this doesn’t have to be done in a day and that’s where I was feeling the pressure so I just gave up.

Complete Your Profile, With Details

So be sure you fill in all the information in your profile. I know that when I look for new friends and go through Facebook accounts I tend to ignore ones that have no image and very little details. I just figure they’re not that into it.

It took me a few minutes but I managed to find the site that helped me the most today, with a list of 25 Tips on How To Use Your Facebook Business Account. Very helpful.

Blogs are a great way for a person to what’s on their mind and put it online. It can be an inexpensive and simple way for people to advertise their business to others online. In any given month there are over 50,000 blog searches. If you do not create a great blog you will not be in the search of a great site. There are particular things that you can do, however, to generate website traffic.

1. Original Content – Blogs need to be updated often and it is the info in in your blog that keeps it going. The content of your blog is most crucial portion of getting visitors and changing those visitors into subscribers to your blog. You need to make sure that your content in your blog has relevancy to your subject. It also should be valuable and informative. If you be aware of your content the visitors will come.

Also you need to keep your content very easy to read. In addition keep your paragraphs easy and sweet and reach your point fast.

2. Bum Marketing – When you are trying to enhance your blog traffic write articles and submit them to various websites like ezinearticles.com for instance. Ensure that when you submit your article you include the link to your blog to draw in the reader. These links are also excellent for SEO as it builds keywords for your blog. The better the article is the more traffic that you can generate to your blog so be creative and take it slow. Don’t just create a quick article and submit it, because if it isn’t topical to your site, probabilities are the traffic won’t follow to your blog.

3. SEO – You need to make a listing of keywords that you need to use in your blog. This is especially for your title as it is the very first thing that the search site webcrawlers will attach themselves to. A good practice for any blog is about a 1% density or less factor. You may also do some research on some competition blogs to see what keywords they are using to plug their sites. Your goal is to be as high on the search website you can go. The higher you’re the more traffic you’ll get.

4. Social Sites – advertise your blogs on social sites. This is a way to drive traffic. When you think about how many social sites there are out there think about how much traffic that may mean to your blog.

Blogs are great for both personal and business use, but knowing how it is possible to get the traffic is critical. In following these simple guidelines you’ll be well on your way to a great blog. Remember the two most important parts though as you do these steps, keyword and content.

Understanding the definitive guide to adwords is key to your success using this method of traffic building. Right off the bat, Google reigns supreme amongst the ranks of search engines and we kind of have a love/hate relationship. Of course it appears to be the most most popular and most fashionable search engine on the web.

No surprise several folks feel as if they can’t purchase anything on-line if they’re not ready to seek out content regarding it on Google.

Establishing a definitive guide to adwords goes hand in glove with understanding how it all began.  Launched in 2000, Google won hands down by revolutionizing how webmasters advertised online.

You may not apprehend this however the initial advertising model developed by the corporate was aimed toward big companies. When the mud settled, Google chose to produce a model that might be useful to any or all companies, big and small.

Because it turns out, the Google Adwords program could be a keyword targeted advertising program.

However before I jump into the main points, let me say this. The first program launched was hammered in to the ground as a result of its basic plan was to pay per impression. As the dominoes fell, it failed to guarantee traffic to the advertiser. It’s lack of recognition created it bite the dust.

In order to kick things into gear, Google modified its advertising model to work based on the principal of pay per click advertising.  What this implies is it became a keyword-targeted method.

In an exceedingly nutshell, when a user types a sure keyword into the search engine, all relevant results are displayed.  If you have bid high enough, and therefore the keyword is relevant to your site, it can seem next to organic searches.

You’re all however guaranteed a click if your ad copy catches the guests attention and has relevancy to what they are wanting for.

It’s important to understand that within the definitive guide to adwords, pay-per-click or PPC advertising means that you are only charged when the user clicks on your ad.

Best of all, Adwords will ensure that your ad is prominently displayed at its position on the search engine page.

Check this out: The program is set to scale back the price you pay per click to at least one higher than your competitor.  What this means for you and your business is that you are doing not need to continuously check the position of your ad. It’s done automatically for you.

Here’s something else. Not only are you ready to maintain your position through pay-per-click, but Google also bases the model on a click-through rate. This method, the playing field is level and everybody’s business – massive and little – features a probability to survive.

As you may have guessed, a definitive guide to adwords keeps you from making a gift of the farm. As a bonus, you’ll begin earning cash today. Very, there’s solely one-method to go from here…and that’s up.

125 x 125Website Success Grows With Backlinks

Getting backlinks, links back to your web pages, is a most vital step in your successful web promotion and marketing efforts. Search engines need to know people want to link to your pages. It makes Google and other search engines think you are important.

Yes, I know it can seem tough to get backlinks but it’s not that difficult you just need to know where to start.

Getting Backlinks Can Be Time Consuming

I have spent so much time getting backlinks to my web pages and at times it seemed like a losing battle. Then I hear about TextLinks.

You can very quickly start building permanent backlinks to your individual web pages and those links remain active, even if you no long keep your TextLink membership. Although when you experience the benefits of TextLinks.com you will not want to drop your membership. Instead you will just want more and more because it’s a direct path to earning more money online.

Start Your Free Trial With TextLinks.com

Over the past few years I have spent countless hours seeking out backlinks for my many blogs and sites. Very time consuming and somewhat frustration I might add.

I have also tried a few other sites that promised backlink success but instead I was disappointed each time. Then after talking with an online friend who knows how to get backlinks and he pointed me to Textlinks.com 21 day free trial!.

234 x 60

I was still skeptical but wasn’t about to lose any more money and I wasn’t disappointed at all. If anything I was left scratching my head wondering why I hadn’t tried, well wishing I had tried, TextLinks.com first.

Note: The first site I used TextLinks.com with was one of my gardening blogs that I just couldn’t get any pagerank for, even after 2 years of trying to get my own backlinks. Each time Google did a pagerank update my site wasn’t included, again.

I am now a firm believer that it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg to pay others to get me backlinks that Google will give me pagerank for.

I’ve been using Twitter with internet marketing in mind for some time but never really cared that much for it, mostly because it was a pain in the butt to find the people I want to follow based on a keyword search. Things may have just changed though.

It’s cool how friends and associates help each other. A couple of days ago Robert Potter, owner of Products For Resale and a good friend now for about 6 years, sent me some info about social networking.

I started going through the info and links yesterday and was impressed but just this morning, bright and early, well it was still dark here, I was watching a video about Twitter and some tools that would help me make money with Twittrer. That’s been my main goal with Twitter but just didn’t know how to go about it.

I went through a video about Twitter and it was informative but the second video introduced me to TwitSeeker.com so of course I jumped over and gave it a try.

Maybe I still have a lot to learn about Twitter but so far trying to find relevant people to follow seems to be a lot of work as most that I find are not about the topic I searched, so there is a lot of manual work involved looking at each account separately.

TwitSeeker allows me to search user profiles for the keyword phrases I search and then it gives me the data back with lists of users that match the search criteria. That’s okay but the really cool part is how it shows me if I am following a user, if they are already following me, and of course those that I don’t follow and they don’t follow me. That makes it easier for me to narrow things down.

What is even more useful about TwitSeeker.com is that they show a tag cloud for each user, all I have to do is mouse over the icon and I can see if my keywords are dominant in their keywords, if not I just move on to the next one. But first I can click a checkbox to ignore them when I click the button to follow all the ones checked.

This is just a teaser post and like I said I have just watched the video and have signed up but I am still learning. Take a minute or two and get over to TwitSeeker.com and see for yourself how useful this tool is.

Times Are Tough But…

I am sure you are aware that we are living in a recession and futures can be quite uncertain. I started making money online almost 10 years ago but for many they are only now thinking about giving internet marketing a try, just to take up the slack in their finances and gain a little stability in their lives.

Give Internet Marketing A Go But Don’t Quite Your Day Job Quite Yet

So many are busting their butts just to make ends meet that they are living very stress filled lives. You know how life can throw you a curve ball right when things seem to be the toughest. Then you have to juggle your money to keep a float.

Sit Back, Take a Deep Breath And Keep Reading

There is hope and you can do this even if you only have a couple of hours a week to put into it. It will start much slower the less time you put into, like most things, but it will start. You just have to follow the right steps and don’t try skipping steps as that tends to lead to falling flat on your face.

Don’t Be Stopped By Talk-Sick People

Yes, there are plenty of scammers and frauds on the internet, but then again there are plenty in the real world as well that we have to deal with. It takes a bit of homework doing the research but in the end there is no reason to be scammed.

Then there are those that only have negative things to say about marketing online. Don’t let the babblings of negative people stop your from the earning potential there is online.

I still have friends that won’t try online marketing because of fear of failure and those that have tried but jumped into every get rich scheme going and then screamed fraud. The research needs to come first, it works better than way.

One of the best ways I have found to make money online is promoting great ebooks that have helped me learn in various niches. I know they have helped me, which gives me confidence to write helpful reviews on the pros and cons of whatever the topic is at hand.

I like to use Clickbank for digital products as they are delivered immediately online, no need for snail mail with ebooks. I do find the Clickbank Marketplace a little tough to research so it took me time to find what I want. Now I still use Clickbank of course but I have found that CB Engine has a much better interface for minding just the right product.

Clickbank is about the best place I know of to get your hands on ebooks that will teach you just about anything and everything, but I like Clickbank because I can learn from the ebooks availabe and I can turn around and resell them. So I can learn and earn, that’s just too cool of an opportunity to not use.

I do have a bit of a problem with Clickbank’s marketplace. I just have a really hard time sorting out the ebooks to find just what I want and the info about that digital product (ebook). Well a couple of years ago I was introduced to CB Engine, a great tool that helps me find the ebooks that will make money for me.

You can use CB Engine for free but they have a 15 day free trial for their paid service, well worth looking at, as it will show you how you can make money faster.

Looking through 12,000 digital products can be a tough job, especially if you are looking at the Clickbank Marketplace. I like to use CB Engine to find what I am looking for on Clickbank. After all I want to promote the product that is the best and of course the one that makes me the most commission with the least amount of returns.

Here a few categories from CB Engine that will help you find the products:

  • New Products
  • Re-listed
  • Removed
  • CB Insider
  • Best Gains
  • Recurring $
  • Browse All
  • Category List
  • CB Vendors
  • CB Statistics
  • Commissions
  • RSS Feeds
  • CB Storefront
  • Resources
  • Free Tools
  • Reviews

Come on over to CB Engine and give them a good look see. I am sure that if you take a few minutes and search for ebooks that you have an interest in. Then compare the amount of effort you use to find something on Clickbank and the amount of time it took on CB Engine.
