Why do I blog?

Well it’s pretty simple. I blog to make money.

What Do I Blog About?

That’s easy as well. I like to blog about a variety of things but I don’t do it all from just one blog. The reason I have multiple blogs is so that I have relevant content on those blogs and not all of what I do on just one blog so that it looks like I’m all over the place.

I talk travel, usually local travel from my Travel New Brunswick blog. The more I remain local the more target traffic I receive and the more money I make.

Note: Keeping my content focused and for me local means I get local traffic and to make things even better I get requests from local businesses to place ads on my site pointing back to them.

I also get guest bloggers who want to write content for me because I get localized traffic to my sites.

I guess by now you can figure out what I talk about on my fishing, fly fishing, home gardening, work from home, resell rights and even my hobbies blogs.

Blogging isn’t a hobby for me but because I focus on topics or niches I do have hobbies in it’s almost like a hobby. That’s what keeps me going day after day after month after year. Well that and the money I make that keeps paying for my hobbies.
