Article Marketing Automation Review: AMA Is Not Responding To Support Issues

I have stopped promoting AMA(Article Marketing Automation) too many people spamming categories with articles and links that don’t fit the category. I have submitted a support ticket but that was back on Oct. 14, 2009 and not it’s Nov. 23, 2009 and I have not had a response and it’s getting worse.

Hi James
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have come across similar systems before and I am actually using one at the moment which works quite well. With the risk free one month trial though I would say it is certainly worth a bash.
I completely agree with the power of article marketing. Providing you use the right anchor text then a few back links from well written articles can get you high in the search rankings.
Ben
I really liked AMA for quite awhile, until I had an issue with them and they never responded. From that time on I have not been able to get their assistance and the article categories are being spammed way too much and even when you delete them and leave a message marking them as junk and responding in the field for comments than they are spamming nothing gets done to correct it.
I am no longer promoting AMA so I would be curious to know what service you are using Ben.
