I very seldom write rants but Article Marketing Automation has me feeling like they stranded me out in the ocean and I’m waiting to be rescued.

My Article Marketing Automation Rant

First, when a company has a support ticket system as their means of keeping things running smoothly you would expect them to repsonse. After all most businesses rely on good support, don’t they?

How Much Time Should You Wait?

I don’t mind waiting a day or two for support as I know what it’s like to have a lot of requests for help and I try to be patient but I can only hold on for so long.

When I have been waiting a week I start to get impatient and usually put in another request. If I wait two weeks I lose patience and now it’s been three weeks and I have no other idea about what to do that to blog about the poor support.

Really it’s not poor support if there is no support.

Time To Make A Decision About Dropping AMA

Of course if I have to drop AMA then I also have to pull any positive ads I had or replace with articles explaining how they have gone down hill since I joined.

I Waste Enough Of My Own Time

I am still able to post article but the amount I have to reject is out of control.

  • I spend time scanning for the titles that are just not in my niche
  • I have to spend time with articles that have no paragraph breaks at all
  • I have to deal with writers that publish the same exact article over and over. Deleting them doesn’t help as they just appear again day after day
  • I have to look to see who includes relevant links over those that are non-relevant

I seem to spend more and more time every day rejecting articles that don’t fit the category.

There is a text box to leave feedback on each article and I use it but it never helps. I don’t know if anyone actually sees them. There is also a box to check  off junk articles but nothing seems to happen and I keep checking the box, day after day.

I have to memorize every article I put up because the same articles keep appearing over and over. Well my brain will only hold so much and then I end up with the same article content where the only thing that changes is the title.

I see articles that are exactly the same day after day and yet they say they are rewritten 380%. Give me a break.

Article Marketing Automation has gone down the tubes and it appears that their is no one there to fix the issues or respond to support tickets.

Nov. 07, 2009 – Just an update on Article Marketing Automation support issue. It has now been more than 3 weeks without a response and the situation is getting worse by the day.

Upate: November 23, 2009 – It’s getting worse at AMA and still no help from support. This morning I logged in and found that one of my niches had more spam in it than relevant content. It’s almost like they are doing it diliberately since I started complaining.

Not sure about Article Marketing Automation’s strategy of ignoring their members.

Update December 17: Well it took just over a month to get a reponse to my support ticket but they only apologized for not taking care of it earlier. Then they told me they would keep the ticket open incase I still needed help, but they didn’t even repsond to anything in the support ticket. DUH!!
