For the Love of Money!

Today there are so many ways to earn a living online. Google Adsense or Adsense alternatives works great for those that spend time creating content. Affiliate marketing works great for me too. I just write good content and point to affiliate pages. But I can’t always come up with new and fresh content, because I tend to try to do too much. That is where my secret weapon for making money online comes in. What’s that secret weapon? Private Label Rights content.

Private Label Rights Ebooks

Private label rights products are products that the author gives or sells to other with full permission to use and rework to their hearts content. Note: It is best to write your PLR content so that it becomes somewhat unique which will perform 100 times better in search engines.

Private Label Rights (PLR) ebooks can be found on pretty much any niche or topic you’re interested in.

I can’t say enough great things about private label rights, the opportunity is so great because most people won’t modify the content so it makes it so much easier for me to rank for the content.

PLR is usually cheaper than other content because it’s going to get passed around so much but like I said if you re-work the content they can be gold.

A few methods for making money with PLR ebooks:

1. Like A Cold, Just Give It Away

Make something that is viral that you can just give away. Let me give you an example that works for me.

I can’t remember now if I bought the PLR product or if it just came with something else, but I received a fly fishing PLR ebook that was about 80 pages of content. Not sure if I could have created this from scratch. I tend to rewrite things to death and never would have gotten to 80 pages of great content so I would still be trying to get it done.

I modified one paragraph at a time and took my time to do it. I didn’t rush as I have found that I can get overwhelmed and give up on things. Just a little a day and in no time I was done. Okay it took me about a week but that’s a lot better than never writing it at all.

I added links and images that lead my readers to affiliate product pages and of course my fishing related blogs. Then I just give it away from my fishing blogs. It’s full of great content that helps the read and it’s free, plus inside I tell them to just give it away if they like it.

I make money just spreading the word.

I like Nicole Dean’s PLR for some of my niches. Nicole has a lot of great PLR but she doesn’t cover as many niches as PLR Pro does, so I would check out both for your needs. And one more PLR site that is very useful, Private Label Rights from Gabor Olah

Note: Don’t look at PLR content as being able to be rewritten just one time. Get out a thesaurus and start looking up synonyms and you can rewrite content a few more times without creating duplicate content. I like doing this for blogs I have that are in the same niche. I can put up content that’s similar and helpful but NOT duplicate content.

I like to take PLR articles that are focused on the same niche and put them together into an ebooks. In no time I have another ebooks that I can give away, just like my fishing ebook.

Remember that offering things for free attracts people. So offering free ebooks is a great way to increase your web site traffic which can in turn convert to more income.

I know some people who just make a slight change to the first and last sentence of PLR and personally I don’t think that’s going to work well. My personal feelings on modifying PLR is to rewrite no less than 30% of the content. Any less than that is just lazy and it’s going to take more than that to get the job done right.
