The Importance of One Way Links In Internet Marketing.

Don’t overlook the importance of one way links. I really prefer one way links to my websites.
It is not very often you get the opportunity to get a link from a high PR (pagerank) site without giving a link back, sometimes even more than one link back depending on the value of that link. This is reciprocal linking and it doesn’t have the value of a one way link, not even close.
You can pay for one way links back to your pages and I have done this and still do this for some of my sites. It is well worth the money if your goal is to increase your website PR. The power one way links can have make them very valuable.
Of course most of us know about two way or reciprocal linking and it gets tough to get really good and relevant links.
I write articles and get them published on the free article directories and this gives me one way links back to my pages. The downside to this method is it’s slow to work plus you need to put the time into creating unique articles that are very focused on your keywords for the page you point to. If you don’t spend the time making the articles unique and relevant to your web page you are wasting your time and time is money. You may as well cough up the money and just pay for links back to your pages.

I have just started getting one way links to some of my own web sites and haven’t noticed any difference yet, but I am sure I will see a change soon.
