Don’t Let Google Catch You With Their Ads on Your BANS sites.
Posted June 18, 2008 , By webmann
I was reading a few blog news feeds this morning and see that some have had their BANS-build a niche store sites deindexed by Google for having their ads on sites that don’t give value the visitors.
This didn’t come as a shock to me as I have seen Google bring down other sites profit level because they didn’t provide the content expected in Google’s Terms of Service.
My advice is to remove Google Adsense from your BANS sites unless you have the appropriate content or you may just wake up to being deindexed.
If I were going to use Adsense on my BANS sites I would limit their use to the content pages I add as feed for the search engines, at least on these pages I have 300 - 500 words of good content, which I believe would over come the lack of genuine content Google slaps you for.
Plus there are plenty of other sites wherer you can get affiliate links to help you make money online.

Coming from direct sales, and coaching others both on and offline, i strongly advise all to keep adsense away from ANY “retail” type sites.
It has nothing to do with Google rules either…long story short, why ask your customers to leave you for just pennies, when you have an entire site of products to sell?
