Niche Marketing vs the Internet Marketing Niche

Comparing niche marketing and an Internet marketing niche is similar to comparing apples with oranges. Apples and oranges are both fruit. Niche marketing and an Internet Marketing niche are both types of Internet marketing but as different as apples are from oranges.
The term ‘niche marketing’ means offering a specific product to a specific type of purchaser. There are significantly fewer competitive niches than an Internet marketing niche. The majority of niche markets are more open to the newest marketing strategies also. Small niche markets are usually not over stocked with gurus and wise men and are less of a challenge for the novice marketer to break into.
A niche market allows you to promote your own niche product or that of a niche affiliate product. There is a niche market for anything and everything you can envision. All you need in order to break into niche marketing is a desire to succeed, a good product of your own or created by someone else that will appeal to a certain group of individuals, and some promotional advertizing..
The Internet marketing niche, in contrast, means that you will be promoting your own Internet marketing product. This is a very crowded area of endeavor and really difficult to break into. It is a world full of gurus and wise men who have already been actively playing and winning the game for some time. This does not mean that it is impossible to profit from the Internet marketing niche because, of course, you can.
It is a world still built on demand which of course means if you have a product that can compete and if you have the willingness to play hard ball with the big boys then you can succeed at the Internet marketing niche game. Simply remember that there are less difficult niche market nuts to crack.
