Switching From Commission Junction to eBay for my BANS sites.
Well it’s April 1st and this is no April Fools joke. Today I received my invitation to join the eBay affiliate program through eBay now instead of Commission Junction.
The sign-up for the eBay affiliate program was a breeze. I received my verification email immediately and was watching the introduction videos in less than 10 minutes from the time I started the process.
Today is therefore dedicated to the transition of my Build A Niche Store – BANS sites from Commission Junction to eBay’s affiliate program. I would be lying if I didn’t say I was just a little nervous.
I have watched the videos, very basic and easy listening. The videos also point out a few things that will make your Build A Niche Store even better.
This is a very exciting time and I am most curious to see how it turns out.

Yes.. Happy April 1st!! I almost forgot it was April fools.. have yet to get a prank played on me… usually something happens early on!!
Now I really jinxed myself, huh?
So.. gotta ask about the bans sites! Have you tried them.. and do you like them? Have you made some decent money from them?
I have recents SEVERAL emails about signing up, etc. I’ll admit I have been tempted, but would love to hear from you about your results if you are willing to share.

Has BANS released an update to make it all seamless, or does it have to be done manually? As much as I hate losing the income, I’ve been waiting to see how things turn out for other people before I try anything too crazy.

I received the update for my BANS software but didn’t have time to implement the chances. Later I got an email saying if I had not updated I should hold off because of a glitch. Glad I was busy with something else.
I have until May 01 to complete the change and to this point I only have 6 BANS sites so I don’t mind waiting.
I have another email now saying that’s it’s cool to go ahead with the update and have the new update download.
In the mean time I have been looking at my new eBay members page and I am getting very excited.
Once I have completed at least one site update I will make another post about it explaining my experience, positive or negative.
EPN decided to send me an email telling me that my account has been banned due to an email account that was previously banned but they wouldn’t tell me what email account.
I have only ever had one email account with them so I don’t know what is going on.
They didn’t tell me, they just sent me the same email saying I had a previous email account banned.
Man they are really sucking now.
