Turn Your Words Into Traffic : Finally! the Secret to Non-Stop Free Targeted Website Traffic

First, don’t let the fact that you don’t think you can write stop you. I don’t claim to be any kind of a writer and my grammar isn’t the best, but I am learning. This article was one of my early articles but it still did the trick.

Keyword focus is important, very important… (that is where I start when writing, with my keywords first)

I named the article: “ebooks with reseller rights, are your ticket to online success”

Note: I did write long articles because I just didn’t know when to quit, but I don’t write long articles now. I prefer to write 500 word articles and if they get too long I make two or three articles. That is important because you end up with more links pointing back to your site.

If you do a search in google for my article title, using quotes so you eliminate all the other sites, like so:

“ebooks with reseller rights, are your ticket to online success”

How many times did you find that article title listed? Each time is a link back to my eBooks With Reseller Rights website.

I have learned a lot since then but even back then I knew the power of words and I have been getting more efficient at using them since.

I started this article’s journey by submitting it to a couple of article directories but at the time the only link you could use in your resource box was to your domain. ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/ so if you domain didn’t have any of your keywords it didn’t help as much as having keywords.

In my case my site, even though I would not use the hyphens again, is keyworded with ‘ebooks-with-reseller-rights so the link was beneficial.

You know I don’t get a lot of traffic from the article directories but I do get the traffic from those that borrowed my articles for their own sites. This is where the power of article marketing shows itself, in you getting traffic to your promotions.

So the first thing about getting traffic is

1. know the keyword phrases that people search for to find what you promote.

2. build your article around that keyword phrase making sure it is helpful content.

3. use your keyword phrase is in the title, the first or second paragraph, in the middle and at the end.

4. make your resource box separately for each keyword phrase and use that keyword phrase as your link text.

5. make the link text point to a page on your site that uses the same or similar keyword phrase in the title of the page.

6. If you don’t have a page that is keyworded to link to then you need to create one so you can.

Well lunch is calling me so I hope this helps.
