When you hold your mouse over a link without clicking and look at the bottom left corner of your browser window you will most likely see the link.

Let me ask you a question. When you see an obvious affiliate link do you click it or avoid the link like so many other marketers?

I’ll have to admit that I do avoid affiliate links. I will sometimes go to lengths to get to the main site without using that affiliate link if I can. Not really sure why I do it but I do.

Somewhere along the way we have been trained to avoid affiliate links. Pretty much the same way we have learned to turn our eyes away from most banners we see.

So what do you do to avoid people avoiding your affiliate links? My suggestion is to use an affiliate code redirection script.

Use a redirect script has made a world of difference to my income. Now people think they are just going to another page on my web site but instead it takes them to the exact location the affiliate would have without them realizing it until it’s there.

Use Affiliate Code Redirection Instead

I am going to show you two links for two different offers. One will be an affiliate link and the other a redirect. Both take you to the same place but the redirct gets clicked more often, by far.

Now in order to use an affiliate redirect script you do need your own web site, your own domain, which allows you to add and edit code to your pages.

I purchase all my domains from www.GoDaddy.com, that’s the affiliate link. And the redirect, www.GoDaddy.com

Of course if you have your own web site you will need to have it hosted. I host my web sites with HostGator.com for Unlimited Domain Hosting Only $9.95 a Month as I can host all my domains from one account with one small monthly fee. The redirect for the HostGator.com.

All that’s required for this is a redirection script that I learned from Michael Jones of The Affiliate Code and The Cash Code .
